About China Resource Network
PURPOSE:
The China Resource Network was formed so that its members could meet and participate in a dialogue
regarding their business efforts in China. The group is privately organized by Office Outsource, Inc. and
is not a separate organization.
The group’s purpose is;
- To meet monthly for presentations and discussion on topics related to doing business with China.
- To provide members with access to each other and the facilitator during the month for advice on
specific issues through the online forum and private email.
- To create an opportunity for cooperation between members on initiatives in China.
- To access the website/newsletters with information on doing business in China.
- To attend conferences or seminars sponsored by the group at 50% of the normal fee.
MEMBERSHIP:
To apply for membership in this group an individual must represent or be employed by a company that is
currently doing business with China; selling, buying, or manufacturing in. A very small number of places
can be reserved for companies that are in the final stages of exploring their opportunities in China. The
original group of members is grandfathered in for as long as they care to participate. There are two tiers
of membership:
Individual: A company or individual can join for one “place” in the group. That one member may attend
meetings and receive a discount (50%) on programs presented by the organization. Annual Fee:
$350.00
Corporate: A company can join with two “places” in the group and are allowed to rotate an additional two
people in (for a total of four people who can attend – but two at any individual meeting). The company
can send up to four people to the programs presented by the organization at the discounted amount
(50%). Annual Fee: $750.00
Members are responsible for completing the membership application and paying the services fee by the
beginning of their attendance. Membership fee is paid to: Office Outsource, Inc., PO Box 1157, Bath,
OH 44210 or pay online now using Paypal. The fee collected is to cover the expenses of the facilitator and there will be no group
governance or accounting of the use of those fees. As such the annual fee is kept low and is per place
reserved.
STRUCTURE:
The group will offer a limited membership so that the meetings can remain small and productive. For
each city the group shall be limited to 25 active participants. The group facilitator is Kim Kirkendall, of
Office Outsource, and she is solely responsible for all duties, expenses, membership fees, and the final
selections of members. Joining this group shall be considered retaining the services of Office Outsource,
Inc. In the event she is unable to perform these responsibilities another executive of Office Outsource,
Kimberly Klippel, or a member of the group can be elected to continue with the meeting format.

Meetings are limited to 25 places per group to keep the meetings small, intimate, and productive.
The group meets at a chosen location once a month, and members pay fees annually starting at $350.00 for an individual or $750 for a corporate membership.
Group meetings will include presentations and discussion on topics related to doing business with China, and create an opportunity for cooperation between members on initiatives in China.
Provides members with access to each other and the facilitator during the month for advice on specific issues through email circulation and our online forum.
